Bookings, changes and refunds
Bookings are held by the tour operator, not by us, so we cannot change a date, issue a refund or look up a reference. Your confirmation email comes from the booking platform and carries the operator’s own contact details — that is the fastest route for anything to do with an existing booking.
Every tour listed here refunds in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time, and the cancellation link is in that same confirmation email.
Who writes these pages
Killarney National Park Tours is a small editorial team. Hours, admission prices and access details are checked against the National Parks and Wildlife Service, the Office of Public Works and the Muckross House Trust, and the date of the last check appears at the top of every page. Tour details — prices, durations, ratings, inclusions — come from each operator’s own live listing.
The park’s own contacts
For anything about the park itself — conservation, permits, lost property, trail closures — the National Parks and Wildlife Service is the authority. Their visitor hub is at Killarney House and Gardens, Muckross Road, Killarney, V93 HE3C. Muckross House, the Traditional Farms and Ross Castle each have their own offices for ticketing questions.
